3 • MEMBERS AND ADVERTISERS CONTRIBUTIONS
A) MC Buckingham Limited is in no way responsible for the content submitted by it's members & advertisers. We endeavor to filter information proven to be incorrect. Information should be verified independently particularly before making a booking with an advertiser. We recommend requesting a written confirmation of features included.

B) When posting any member's recommendations or adverts to youstayuk.com, we will check the content for unacceptable content. Such matter will be identified at our descretion. We will remove or edit out, what we deem as Spam, indecent, vulgar, aggressive, illegal, excessive punctuation, improper, dishonest, etc. We reserve the right to delay your contributions going live until after verification. Any abuse of this ruling may amount to the closing of your account without warning.

C) No Spamming or external links allowed unless specially requested and granted. Members can request an external link through admin@youstayuk.com.

D) When listing property, only specific information must be placed into the supplied boxes. If an advertiser intentionally places information into inappropriate places that may be offered as an optional upgrade, we reserve the right to edit the copy, remove the advert or close your account with the loss of fees paid. Easy to follow guide lines a supplied in the listing area.

4 • LOCAL LINKS AND ACCOMMODATION ADVERTS
By submitting a Local Link advertisment or an accommodation listing:-

A) Your listing or site that we may link to must not violate any laws including copyright.

B) Your listing must not contain and false, misleading, racially abusive, indecent or offensive content. We reserve the right to check and amend content at any time. Adverts may also be rejected at our complete discretion. Ensure guidelines are followed on the relevant page where data is entered.

5 • REFUND POLICY
When placing an advert on youstayuk.com, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use. Your advert will go live instantly after payment. No refunds will be given for the early removal of the advert either by the advertiser, or for reasons mentioned here. Refunds can only be given in the exceptional event of server downtime.

6 • CURRENCY OF TRANSACTIONS
All prices quoted are accepted only in GBP (£)

7 • EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
Adverts are accepted for properties in the United Kingdom only. Adverts are accepted from UK holiday property owners based outside the UK with all advertising transactions in GBP (£).
