You can make the most of your big day, a birthday celebration, barbeque or business conference at Crockwell Farm. Surrounded by the picturesque Northamptonshire countryside you can relax in the friendly atmosphere and personal service provided by Bay and Hermione Harper.

Crockwell Farm specialises in weddings holding a license for civil wedding ceremonies for up to 70 people. We know that you'll want your big day to run as smoothly as possible and we will help you in anyway we can to make the best of it.

Held in the vaulted hall, the ceremony can be followed by the reception under the permanent indoor marquees away from the elements and you can enjoy the gardens in summer. You may even prefer to have the ceremony at your local church and just have the reception at Crockwell Farm. There is seating for up to 170 guests in the marquees with adjoining bar and doors leading out onto the veranda where you can look out over the scenic countryside.

We know catering is important and The Chopping Block, a family run business, can supply a wide range of delicious meals, buffets, canapés or stylish barbeques to suit your budget and needs. Drinks can be provided by us whether you'd like champagne, the house wine, mulled wine, non-alcoholic drinks or something different. The bar is open from the time guests arrive until 12:30am with takings exceeding £750 waived. If you'd prefer to supply your own alcohol, there is a corkage charge of £6 per bottle of wine or £12 per bottle of sparkling champagne.

Our prices include exclusive use of our facilities, meetings to arrange your requirements (drinks, colour schemes etc) and tables and chairs arranged with white linen and your provided name places and favours for your arrival on the day.

Businesses too can make the most of the facilities Crockwell Farm has to offer. With easy access from the M1 and M40 and not too far from London and Birmingham we are ideally situated. Whether you require board room seating for 25 or theatre style for 60 or 160 delegates we have rooms to suit your needs.

Team building is a great way to get to know others in certain situations and we can provide tailor-made activity days in the local area and at Crockwell Farm. Together with specialised companies there are a range of activities to choose from including archery, clay-pigeon shooting, llama trekking, quad- biking, team challenges and treasure hunts. You can have use of the gardens and marquees for team-building exercises in a service to suit your needs.

Conference lunches and breaks with menus to suit your requirements will be available to you with tea and coffee to welcome you and a bite to eat. Drinks are provided throughout the day with cakes and biscuits served during the afternoon break. A 2 course lunch can be served in the farmhouse, marquee or outside on a sunny day depending on numbers or a finger buffet and soup if you prefer. We cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements so everyone will have something to choose from. If there are also any other requests we shall do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pricing per delegate for the day is £44 plus VAT (minimum 10 delegates) which includes hall hire, seating, projection screen, flipchart and pens, tea/coffee and shortbread or bacon butties on arrival, two coffee breaks with cakes served, refreshments throughout the day and a 2 course lunch with coffee.

We have a PC projector available at an additional charge on request, accommodation for up to 14 delegates from £37 pppn (twin occupancy) and can help you to find additional accommodation if required. Crockwell Farm is licensed if you require a drinks package.
