We are directly opposite Edinburgh Zoo. Handily placed for Murrayfield Rugby Stadium. All the main Edinburgh Tourist attractions are a short bus journey away. It is only 15 minutes to reach the main shopping thoroughfare of Princes Street overlooked by the historic Edinburgh Castle. Edinburgh Airport is also only 15 minutes away by bus. If arriving by train, you can catch the Edinburgh Airport bus which stops outside our door.

B&B / Guest House Description
We have five individually decorated rooms from which to choose from. Four of our rooms are en-suite and the other has its own private shower/toilet just a step away. We have two triple rooms, one to the rear of the property and the other to the front. They both contain 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We have a superior double room on the ground floor which faces towards. We also have two twin rooms, again one to the front and one to the rear.
Our superior double has a flat screen TV with digital channels and a DVD player.
Our triple room to the front of the property also has a flat screen TV with digital channels.
Breakfast is served in the comfort of our stunning lounge. There are a selection of cereals and, of course, full Scottish breakfast.
