We are a small family-run establishment offering B&B in comfortable rooms - the majority overlooking the sea - at reasonable prices, including a large family room.
Our rooms are mostly ensuite with tea & coffee making facilities, and colour tv. FREE CAR PARK ON SITE. At Pebble Beach we are in the enviable position of having the beach directly opposite, with unrestricted access/seaviews, and offering excellent fishing and swimming, and yet are only a pleasant stroll from the town centre where you can wander round the biggest and best shops in West Sussex. There is plenty of entertainment available in the town, plus a local golf course within walking distance.
