The caravans and lodges at Newman's will sleep up to 8. They are very well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay and are maintained to a very high standard. With most of the caravans and lodges enjoying sea views, many too have fitted verandas and patio furniture so you can make the most of the views.
The comfortable lounges include colour television, Freeview, DVD player and some with CD player. The kitchens are fully equipped and include fridge, microwave, and full sized cooker in the Economy, Super and Premium caravans and additional features including dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, extractor fan and full size fridge/freezer in many of the other caravans.
Some of the bedrooms include ample storage space, flat screen TV and Freeview. There are bathrooms with shower and/or bath. A gas fire in the lounge will ensure you're kept warm whatever the weather outside with double glazing and central heating throughout in other caravans.
Wheelchair users have a selection of caravan to choose from with additional holiday caravans not fully adapted but have ramps to the main door.

Local Attractions
At Devon Cliffs you can make the most of the caravan parks facilities by buying Haven's Entertainment Facility Passes. Children under 4 don't require passes.
The indoor family entertainment complex includes bars, clubs, and food courts. There are indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools with outdoor multi lane water slide, Learn2Swim, Aqua Gliders, Aqua Jets and Water Tots. For the sporty there is Coke FC Football Coaching and Fencing or have a go at the Amusements, pool tables, Bowlingo, sandpits, children's adventure playgrounds, kids and teens clubs with Rory, Bradley and Co and musical/street dance productions. Day entertainment includes fun family shows, wrestling, pantomime, games and competitions and in the evening there are stage shows, live bands, 70s, 80s and 90s discos, tribute bands, soul sounds and comedy and variety performances.
Devon Cliffs offer a range of places to eat and drink with café, bar and grill, Burger King and fish and chips to name a few. Families with young children have bottle warming, bibs, wipe, high chairs and colouring in available. Kids Alive at Haven encourage children to enjoy a healthy diet. There are a range of shops on site including convenience store, photo shop, sweet shop, laundrette and ice cream bar.

The Country Life Museum welcomes toddlers to grandparents with pets, deers and llamas to feed, new arrivals in the Hatchery, collection of vintage vehicles, motorcycles and steam engines. Children can have fun in the play areas with bouncy castle, sandpit, trampoline and ride electric cars while the adults enjoy refreshments.
Exmouth Esplanade runs two miles along the seafront from the dockyard to Orcombe Point with attractions along the way including Beach Gardens, children's rides, sea and river trips, Fun Land and Miniature Railway, Lifeboat Display, Crazy Golf, putting green, amusements, picnic and barbeque area, tennis, cricket, bowls, outdoor heated pool, Exmouth Pavillion with live shows, dances and tearoom. There's a pedestrianised Magnolia Shopping Centre for a bit of shopping.

DEVON CLIFFS (SANDY BAY) HAVEN HOLIDAY PARK is an English Rose Award Park, (considered by many to be the jewel of the South Devon Coast).
Devon Cliffs can be found 8 miles from the M5. Exit at Junction 30 for Exeter and take the A376 to Exmouth. Follow the A376 for 15 to 20 minutes and at the 3rd set of traffic lights just outside Exmouth, turn left and follow the signs for Sandy Bay which will take you to the site entrance.
