Directions
We are located just off the B2162 between Yalding and Collier Street.
Just twenty minutes from the M20 Junction 2 follow signs for Paddock Wood and then Yalding.
Come through the village of Yalding and follow the road past the Woolpack PH , after about a half mile you will see a large oast house on the right hand side.
Turn right into Jarmons Lane and we are located just along this lane about 200yds on the right.

B&B / Guest House Description
Foxbrush Barn we believe was built circa 1750. It was used as a stables and barn until restored and converted in early 2000.
The white weather boarded exterior, garden with its sun drenched patios and mature walnut tree, all help to make Foxbrush Barn a unique setting amongst the hop fields of Kent.
It is a peaceful rural setting to use as a base for a leisure activity or as a short break venue. Perhaps even as a stopover on the way to the channel ports or tunnel crossing.
One thing you can be assured of is a warm and hospitable welcome...
OUR ACCOMMODATION
We currently have just one letting bedroom . A double bedded room with a King Size bed, Sofa, Television with Freeview plus all the extras you would expect or wish for.
Your bathroom opposite is exclusive to your use and includes a whirlpool bath, fluffy towels and quality toiletries.. just to make you feel that extra bit special…
Please note we operate a Non Smoking policy and No Pets

Peter & Stephanie Chapman are your hosts..
Peter has over thirty years experience of the hospitality business. Having worked in assorted Hotels & Restaurants both in the UK and Europe Peter also spent in excess of six years testing establishments as a critic for the Egon Ronay Guides. He has also been placing chefs in jobs for the past fifteen years.
Stephanie has a legal training and for some fifteen years ran one of the UK's leading computerised dating agencies
Together with their young daughter Libby they look forward to welcoming you to their home for a relaxed and memorable stay

Obviously with Peter's background in food and hospitality—this is where we plan to make your stay a special one. Having sourced local quality produce, breakfast will be a great start to the day.
If you would like to have dinner with us this can be arranged and a three course meal inclusive of selected wines or drinks can be provided by prior arrangement.
HOW TO BOOK…
Please call or Email us to reserve your accommodation . We request a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note this will be non refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before your arrival. As we only have the one room unfortunately we are unable to alter these terms.
Payment for your stay can be made by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.
Special Break rates are at times offered in conjunction with local events.
