From the South:
Leave the M6 at junction 36 to join the A591. Follow signs to Windermere then take the A592 to Kirkstone Pass and Patterdale.
From the North:
Leave the M6 at Junction 40. Follow the signs for the A592 Rheged and Ullswater Steamers. When you arrive in Glenridding the property is opposite the Glenridding Hotel.

First Floor - Double bedroom with a lake view and a second double bedroom. Two triple bedrooms each with three single beds, one with a lake view. Spacious shower room with shower cubicle, W/C and wash basin..
Second Floor - Open plan layout with lounge/dining area (lake and mountain views), electric flame effect fire, TV, VCR, DVD, CD and radio. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility/drying room with washer/dryer and ironing facilities. Bathroom with shower over bath, large cubicle shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside - Patio area with seating overlooking stream. Parking for one car outside and a further three cars just 50 yards away..
Property Details - Oil-fired central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels all provided. A cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. Guests with their own laptop may access the free wireless broadband internet service..
Arrival and departure is Saturday to Saturday with keys available from 3pm and departure by 10am. The property is no smoking and does not allow pets..
