Canadian maple reclaimed hardwood flooring throughout. Fantastic views from windows.
Kitchen: washer/dryer; modern oven/hob; double fridge; double freezer; dishwasher; coffee maker; toaster; microwave; bread maker; farmhouse kitchen table (seats 8 & baby seats); CD/Radio; comfy sofas (one converts to double bed); TV/video/DVD; French doors to rear patio; French doors to enclosed cottage garden.
WC/cloaks: WC and wash hand basin
Lounge: luxury leather settees; 28" TV (Freeview) & DVD/Video; stereo; bookcase with maps, books, DVDs and videos; working open fire/range
Entrance Hall: Shoe rack, cloaks and feature original stone open fireplace

Carpeted throughout and fantastic views from bedroom windows
Master Bedroom: Super-king sized pine bed; ensuite with bath, shower & WC; pine furniture.

Childrens play equipment including swing etc. Two new adult mountain bikes, childs bike, scooter etc. Large grassed areas surrounded by hedging and trees. Beautiful views. Wildlife (Deer, foxes, toads, hedgehogs, bats, owls (white barn owl), rabbits, pheasants, moles etc) have all been seen in or from the garden. Surrounding fields usually contain sheep (newborn lambs in spring).
