Enjoy a spot of fishing or visit The Isle of Wedmore Golf Club. Take a day out to Weston-Super-Mare for the sea and miles of beaches, Stonehenge one of the most important landmarks in Britain, Glastonbury and Bath with the best preserved religious spa at the Roman Baths.
Children will enjoy a trip to the Wookey Hole for history, mystery and funwith caves, Dinosaur Valley and Victorian arcade. There's also Longleat Safari Park with pets corner, hedge maze, safari park and stately home.

Tor Farm is surrounded with picturesque Somerset countryside nestled at the bottom of Nyland Hill creating the perfect base for walkers, tourists, individuals, couples and families with a range of Somerset attractions close by.
Each of the 8 rooms contain double or twin beds with one room also including a single bed for triple occupancy and another with hidden bunk beds and enough space for a fifth person. Decorated and furnished to a high standard there is crisp white cotton linen, tea and coffee making facilities and TV with film library available to guests. Each room also has a private balcony or terrace with seating and views over the swimming pool, mature gardens and Mendip Hills in the distance.
For a special occasion or romantic retreat you can book the Four Poster room and arrange to have strawberries dipped in chocolate, bouquet of flowers, box of chocolates and champagne awaiting your arrival.
The delicious breakfast menu includes starters of fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurts, porridge and cereal followed by a Full English of local produce, kippers and eggs and toast with marmalade.
Available between late April and mid September you can have a dip in the heated outdoor swimming pool in the south facing walled garden for the best of the weather. You can wander around the gardens and collect eggs from the chicken run for breakfast.
