Some of the attractions include West Midlands Safari Park, The Severn Valley Railway, Elgar's Birthplace, Worcester Cathedral, the National Trust Properties of Croft Castle and Berrington Hall. You can take a day out to The Racecource and Worcestershire County Cricket ground, Royal Worcester Porcelain, the Three Counties Showground and The Wyre Forest Visitors Centre.

Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
Old Yates Cottages have 4 cottages with their own individual characters and styles nestled into the countryside for privacy and a relaxing break.
Beagle and Bassett Cottages have views over the valley towards Abberley Clock Tower. They each sleep 2 people in a twin or double (zip link beds) with adjoining doors to create sleeping accommodation for 6 with use of a double bed settee. Beagle's rooms are all on the ground floor making it accessible for the disabled with no steps and wide doorways. Bassett has a ground floor living area with open fireplace, kitchenette and upstairs bedroom and bathroom.
Foresters Cottage has south facing views towards Teme Valley and Keepers Cottage out over Elbatch Wood towards the Clock Tower. Set on two floors, the bedrooms in each, one twin and one double, can be found upstairs with a downstairs bathroom, kitchen and living area with open fireplace and BBQ outside.
Unwind in the lounge with colour TV while you cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen. There is an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cleaning equipment provided in each cottage. All linen, towels and electricity are provided with logs available free of charge in mid and high season. There are electric storage heaters in each cottage, sheltered patio with furniture and a laundry room available on site. If you need a telephone there is a metered one available for each pair of cottages which you can book in advance. Cots are available without bedding and folding beds for an extra guest and plenty of parking available by each cottage.
Pets are welcome at Old Yates Cottages but please arrange this in advance as we are a working farm and they will need to be under strict control.
