Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Vernon Court, Torquay, offers stunning panoramic views across the English Riviera. Torquay Marina can be seen to your left, with the beautiful towns of Paignton and Brixham lying just across the water and Torre Abbey beach below your apartment.
The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated in neutral tones and furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and armchair. Large windows provide natural light throughout the day and offer spectacular bay views. A 32” flatscreen TV with digital Freeview, DVD player and CD player/DAB radio are provided for your entertainment; as well as a selection of board games, CDs and DVDs.
Our kitchen is fitted with modern shaker style units and features atmospheric under-cabinet wall lighting. With such stylish décor, you'll feel at home preparing your meals in no time. The kitchen is designed with your needs in mind; an electric fan oven with integral grill, separate ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, cafetiere and kettle are all provided together with all the small utensils you may need. From the adjacent dining area you will enjoy fantastic uninterrupted views out to sea from the large windows that are typical of Vernon Court.
The beautifully decorated Master Bedroom has a comfortable double bed with storage space built into the headboard. Light and airy tones make the most of the natural Torquay sunlight, the bedroom overlooks Torquay and the view out to sea gives stunning views day and night. For added entertainment we have provided a portable colour TV inside one of the built in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is modern and fully tiled in neutral tiles with black slate effect floor tiles. An attractive white bathroom suite consisting of bath with shower, toilet, bidet, mixer taps and wash basin with shaving point completes the modern look of the bathroom.
The second bedroom has a single bed with pull-out bed stored underneath, which can be used as either a double bed or two singles. Naturally bright, this bedroom has stunning uninterrupted views over Torquay and into the distance.
The main bathroom in Vernon Court is situated very close to our second bedroom and is stylishly decorated in a modern eggshell tone, with contrasting pale grey tiling. An attractive bathroom, the white bathroom suite sets off the décor perfectly and a heated towel rail plus mirrored cabinet adds a touch of luxury to your bathing experience.
Vernon Court is located in a convenient area of Torquay to be easily accessible for town and also the local beach is accessed via a path below the property. A smart communal patio area is available for guests to use for the duration of your stay to fully appreciate balmy Torquay evenings. Parking is available on the street around the apartment; otherwise a council car park is available locally.

Local Attractions
Torquay, the sandcastle capital of the UK, has five beautiful beaches which currently hold prestigious Blue Flag Awards for cleanliness and quality. Sun worshippers will be happy with the quality of Torquay's beaches; when Bournemouth University conducted research into UK beaches Torquay came out top for the perfect mix of sand and water!
There is much to do within Torquay itself. Visit Cockington Village for a real-life historical trip; beautiful thatched cottages and the chance to watch a 14th century blacksmith at work will hold the interest of adults and children alike.
Torquay Museum and Kents Cavern are both interesting places in which to while away a few hours and are local to Vernon Court.
Torquay is also home to fabulous restaurants and bars, both in the town centre and located further afield if you want to drive out to somewhere a bit more off the beaten track.

A deposit of one third of the total price is required to secure a property, with the balance being due six weeks before arrival.
