Located on the desirable Pentire peninsula, our stunning two bedroom property will greatly enhance your stay in Newquay. 12 The Vista will comfortable sleep up to six people, using the two bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed located in the living area.
A large open plan living area is beautifully decorated in light neutral tones, while the high ceilings and large windows allow plenty of natural light into the property. Make yourself comfortable in front of our 40” flatscreen TV on high quality leather sofas and large beanbags, we also provide an X-Box 360 which can be used for playing both games and DVDs. An MP3 docking station and wireless broadband connection are provided for your entertainment, and guests may borrow from a selection of DVDs and X-Box games.
Our high spec kitchen is of a modern design and features all the appliances you will need to make your stay easier. Stunningly finished in beech with granite worktops, the kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and built-in cooker with 5 burner gas hob. A dining table and four chairs, as well as an additional two tall stools, give ample room for your family to eat their meals in the comfort of this beautifully designed area.
The beautiful master bedroom has a large, comfortable bed and attractive furnishings throughout. Patio doors open out onto a decked patio area and allows lots of natural light into the bedroom. This room has an attractive en-suite bathroom consisting of bath with shower, bidet, w.c., wash basin and heated towel rail. Our second bedroom has twin beds and is decorated and furnished to the same standard as the master.
The main bathroom is fully tiled and features a shower cubicle with mixer shower, as well as a w.c and wash basin.
Our property is secure, with a video door entry system and designated parking space. We are located over two floors and have a smart outdoor seating area, designed to help you enjoy the fresh Newquay climate.
