If arriving from Exeter take the A337 to Crediton. From Tiverton take the A396 to Bickleigh and turn right to the A3072 to Crediton.
From Crediton head to Sandford driving up and over Jockey Hill taking the left at the bottom to Morchard Bishop. Continue for 400 yards to the to of the hill and take the sharp entrance marked Public Footpath/Combe Lancey. Follow the red lane to the bottom of the valley and turn right then park in the courtyard.

With charm and character, Combe Lancey B&B forms part of a Grade II 15th century Manor House with 2 south facing rooms providing the perfect place to stay. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a separate Breakfast Rooms providing privacy.
The double room is spacious with room for an extra child's bed (under 6) or a cot with private parking adjacent within the inner courtyard. The twin bedroom will sleep up to 4 adults or can be used as a family room. Colour television with Teletext and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each room with ironing and drying facilities available if you need them.
Breakfast includes a traditional cooked English breakfast or alternatives. The Breakfast Room looks out over the formal gardens and meadows beyond and guests are free to sit out on the back lawn to unwind with the views of the cider orchard and fields.
