Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
Alison's Cottage is a traditional 19th Century self catering accommodation which has retained the charm and character of the original building with modern conveniences so you can enjoy a comfortable stay. Decorated and furnished to a high standard the cottage offers a home from home atmosphere with central heating throughout and double glazing for a cosy stay even in the colder months.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms: a double king size room and a separate room with adult sized bunk beds.and a bed setee in the lounge, Linen is supplied but guests are asked to bring their own towels. We can supply you with a travel cot (linen not supplied), high chair and stair gates if you have a baby and each room has plenty of storage space available on shelves and in wardrobes with another cupboard available on the landing. The bathroom includes a power shower over the bath, wash basin and toilet.
Downstairs in the lounge there is seating for four where you can relax in front of the coal effect fireplace and watch the TV or a video. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with everything you should need to make the most of your self catering holiday: an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washer dryer and lots of storage space. You can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table and plan your day with the selection of tourist and walking books provided.
Alison's Cottage is non-smoking but can accommodate pets. This ensures it is kept clean and fresh for all guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. Parking for the cottage is available with a private parking space.
