At Haguelands Farm we can arrange a variety of activities for you during your stay if you let us know what you would like to do before you arrive including horse riding, golf, tennis or a guided tour of a destination within the UK.
If you'd like to explore Kent, there are numerous castles, gardens and historic houses including Great Dixter, Sissinghurst, Smallhythe Place and Hever Castle and Gardens. Leeds near Maidstone is a castle that sits in the middle of a lake and Dover Castle which can be seen by those arriving by ferry.
Romney Marsh is a great place to explore on foot or by cycling with the old inns showing the history of the area. The Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs through the Farm so you can see the smallest public narrow gauge railway in the world quite close. The Cinque Port of Hythe has a canal and beach and only 16 minutes away or you can visit Canterbury for the Cathedral and shopping centres. 80 shops can be found at McCarthur Glen outlet shopping centre in Ashford.

Located just a 10 minute walk from the sandy beach at Dymchurch, Haguelands Farm B&B is a working farm set in the tranquillity of the picturesque Kent countryside. Welcoming tourists to the area, business travellers or those just looking for a stop over before the Channel ports, you can ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The Bed and Breakfast has 2 double rooms available each decorated to a very high standard and both with en-suite facilities, fridge, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer, complimentary shower gels, bowl of fruit and bottles of water for your convenience. You can enjoy the comfort of your room and the views out over the gardens and countryside. Cars can be safely parked off road with CCTV for added security.
To set you up for the day, breakfast is sourced from local and homemade produce including fresh honey, eggs and homemade bread. If you would like us to reserve a table for you at a pub or restaurant for your evening meal we would be happy to do so as it could be busy.
You may wish to stay at the B&B for a function and we can provide a range of beauty treatments, therapies and make up for the Bride and Mother of the Bride on your special day with as much notice as possible. A full range of treatments and prices is available on our website. There is also an infrared sauna which can be used even with ailments such as high cholesterol and heart conditions and you can book an appointment when you reserve your room.
The 3 ½ acres of gardens at Haguelands Farm provide a great place to unwind where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and explore or just sit back and enjoy a book. We also have wireless broadband connection for those that need to connect to the internet during your stay.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children or pets and no smoking is permitted at Haguelands Farm.
