Our caravans are located just across the road from Butlins, where you can purchase a family ticket for a fun filled day out. We are also a short 5 minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes away from the shop and other local amenities.
Embassy Theatre in Skegness is ideal for family and adult shows and they have reasonable ticket and refreshment prices.
Fantasy Island is a fantastic attraction for all the family. Entrance is free and once inside there are outdoor and indoor markets for you to explore as well as a funfair, evening entertainment in the bar and restaurants and eateries.
Children and adults alike will enjoy a trip to the Skegness Natural Seal Sanctuary which has an impressive collection of seals, penguins, reptiles and tropical birds. Young children will particularly enjoy the pets corner where they can feed and pet more domesticated animals such as goats, rabbits and turkeys.

Caravan Description
If you want to make a visit to the wonderful seaside resort of Skegness, then consider hiring one of our three caravans; one on Parklands and the other two on the adjacent Millfields, situated in Ingoldmells.
* PARKLANDS CARAVAN *
A spacious 6 berth, 28 foot caravan has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room and plenty of seating. Attractively decorated throughout, bedroom 1 has a doubled bed and twin wardrobes, while bedroom 2 is a twin room containing 2 single beds with a single wardrobe. Two more people can sleep on the easy to use extra double bed cleverly hidden within the dining room seating.
The small but well maintained bathroom contains an attractive and clean WC, shower cubicle and wash basin.
Our kitchen has a panel heater fitted for your comfort and is fully workable with full size appliances including gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. We also provide all cooking utensils to make preparing your meals as straightforward as possible, whether you're cooking a full dinner for the family or a light snack for yourself.
The spacious living room has ample seating for everyone to sit and relax in the evenings. Our caravan is equipped with colour digital TV, hi-fi system, DVD player and video recorder as well as a selection of films for your entertainment.
* MILLFIELDS CARAVANS *
We have two 28 foot caravans on the Millfields site. Both have very similar features to that listed above, although one of the caravans is a 7 berth thanks to the extra clever child size bunk in the twin room.
The double bedroom in our 6 berth caravan has a large walk in wardrobe, and the twin room has 2 single beds and a single wardrobe. The dining area can be converted to another double bed giving plenty of sleeping room if you're planning a family holiday.
There is plenty of room to move in the well equipped kitchen which features a built in oven and hob as well as full sized fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave.
A 4ft veranda is fitted to the caravan and we provide 2 chairs for you to sit and enjoy the sunshine outside.
Our 7 berth caravan on the Millfields site has the same specification throughout as the 6 berth caravan, with the addition of a 5ft veranda and outdoor table for your use.
All our caravans are attractively decorated in neutral tones which allow the natural light to brighten your living space as it comes through the large windows. Furniture is well maintained and comfortable with plenty of storage space inside the caravans so you can make it a real home from home for the duration of your stay. In particular, our two caravans at Millfields are ideal for family breaks as you are welcome to book both caravans and be secure in the knowledge that although not sharing, you are very close to everyone else in your party. We welcome pets, although site rules state that they may not be left alone in the caravan at any time.
