Nestled in a peaceful location on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Offcote Grange Cottage Holidays specialise in luxurious 5-star self catering accommodation. We offer two spacious cottages, both within 5 miles of the beautiful historic town of Ashbourne.

* HILLSIDE CROFT *

Hillside Croft is a large five bedroomed sandstone cottage which dates back to 1709. Our charming cottage is a listed building of Grade II historic interest; look out for the pretty leaded lights set in stone mullioned windows and ancient oak beams which add beauty and charm to this property.

Hillside will comfortably sleep 10 in four double bedrooms and one twin; extra single beds and Z beds are available in each bedroom which means this cottage can sleep up to a total of 14 people. Two cots (to include one travel cot) can also be provided, making Hillside Croft fabulous for an extended family get together. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite bathroom which houses a power shower, wash basin and WC. All other bedrooms share a master bathroom on the 1st floor which has an exquisite Victorian style roll topped bath with bath/shower mixer. There is also a separate walk-in power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. A baby bath, potty and WC stand can be provided to help even the youngest member of your family feel right at home.

The stunning lounge has three comfortable sofas to help you unwind after exploring the beautiful surrounding Peak District. Sit and relax with a bottle of wine while watching the TV or one of the selection of DVD's which are available on request. The beautiful oak beamed ceiling and cosy log burning stove will make this room one of your favourites in the cottage.

Our separate beautiful dining room has a large farmhouse table which will easily seat 10 - 12, while a large chicken coop dresser and church pew add a touch of prettiness to the room. The log burner is set under the heavy beam of a beautiful inglenook fireplace which will keep you warm during both balmy summer evenings and chilly winter's nights.

The farmhouse kitchen has underfloor heating and is furnished with antique hand made pine kitchen units and a double French pottery sink set in beautiful tiled and marble worktops. The kitchen overlooks a charming cottage garden where as a resident you are welcomed to use mint, chives, blackcurrants, lemon balm and fruit trees. As picturesque as it looks, the kitchen is fitted with all mod cons including a full electric halogen cooker with double oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and other smaller kitchen items provided to make the cooks life easier.

* BILLY'S BOTHY *

Billy's Bothy is set within the grounds of our own Grade II listed farmhouse and just two miles from Ashbourne. The main entrance to the cottage is on the ground floor where you will find a stunning feature staircase leading up to a magnificent galleried kitchen; the oak staircase makes an amazing focal point within the cottage and can be seen from almost every room. The farmhouse style kitchen has beautiful hand made pine kitchen units and high quality granite worktops, as well as the equipment and utensils you will need to prepare all your meals for the duration of your stay.

As with Hillside Croft, Billy's Bothy can sleep a total of 14 people if you make use of the extra single and Z beds available in the four double and one single bedroom. All bedrooms are tastefully and elegantly decorated in relaxing colour schemes and have high quality furnishings to make your stay a comfortable one. Four of the five bedrooms have spacious fully equipped en suite bathrooms, while the fifth bedroom has an en suite shower.

The large lounge is located on the 1st floor and opens out onto a pretty patio area with stunning views of the Derbyshire countryside. Patio furniture and a BBQ is provided to help you unwind in the great outdoors. The lounge itself is furnished with four comfortable sofas providing ample seating for everyone, and the log burning stove will create a cosy and warm environment. A large flat screen TV with video and DVD player will give you all the entertainment you need during your stay.
