Burton Bradstock is a village with thatched cottages, gardens, Inns and village shop which is just 2 miles from Berwick House. If you take a walk to Modbury Farm you can buy some delicious local produce including cream, eggs and fresh chicken.

Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
Steeped in history and character, Berwick House is the perfect getaway for a self catering holiday in South West Dorset. With a sweeping drive up to the house you are surrounded by the hills of the Dorset countryside and sheep grazing in the fields in front of the house.
The ground floor has a permanently locked front door but access can be gained from the parking area into the kitchen. Down a few steps are the dining area and also a utility area and toilet. The lounge is large so it can be enjoyed by all guests with an open fireplace – logs supplied in Autumn/Winter - which is perfect to sit round in the colder months, Freeview television, DVD and video player. The large dining area will seat 12 and the kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your holiday: dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and ironing facilities. Berwick House has a reading area with books to be read and pianola with door leading out to the side garden. A phone is available but it can only receive incoming calls.
The wide staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms with two twin rooms, one of which can be zipped into a super king size bed and has en-suite shower room and another there is also a double room. There is a separate bathroom on the first floor with shower over bath, bidet, basin and toilet. The second floor consists of a twin room and two double rooms and a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet.
Across the drive in a separate building is the games room where guests will find table tennis to enjoy during their stay. There are three large gardens at Berwick House and a summer house and garden furniture.
Parking is available with 2 covered spaces and extra space for another 6 cars.
