The area has many parks with West Common a minute away, The Lawn Visitors Centre, Arboretum and Hartshome Country Park. Golfers can enjoy the nearby course for a relaxing activity, visit the Usher Gallery with collections changing throughout the year, discover the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and how people used to live or enjoy a play at the Lincoln Theatre Royal.

Carholme Guest House has 5 rooms decorated to a high standard which will suit everyone's needs. There's a family room, twin room and two double rooms all with en-suite facilities and a single room with private shower room. Rooms are clean and comfortable so they can be enjoyed by all and include colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and clock radio alarms. If you require a hairdryer, we can provide one and we will also do laundry and ironing at a small charge.
In the dining room, guests can enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast with Lincolnshire sausages and free range eggs. There's a good selection of cereals, toast and juices available if you prefer something lighter and vegetarians can also be catered for. If you have a special diet, just let us know and we can prepare something else for you. Breakfast is served between 7am and 8:30am and at weekends and bank holidays a little later, 8am to 9am.
Children are welcome at Carholme Guest House and we have games available plus cot, high-chair and baby monitors for young children and airbeds if you need them. Children are catered for too with their own special children's menu.
Guests are free to use the lounge to get to know other guests and relax in front of the TV.
Parking at the guest house is available with 5 free permits or 2 secure undercover parking spaces which are perfect for classic car and bike enthusiasts.
