The village has a church,chapel,public house,post office,tea room/cafe,general store for newspapers and groceries,coffee room,childrens playground, a mile south of the village is the medieval church of Llangelynin.We are close to the Cader Idris range of mountains,Gregynnan Lakes above the Mawddach Estuary,breath taking scenery.Several narrow gauge railways all within 1 hours drive,the nearest just 10 minutes drive.Llwyngwril to Snowdon takes 1hr 40minutes.Just across the bay is Harlech castle and Snowdon as a backdrop.Tywyn just 15 minutes away has a cinema,beach and leisure complex with a swimming pool.

Glasfor has been completely renovated and refurbished,it has 2 double bedrooms with double beds.Newley fitted well equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker,washing machine,tumble dryer,toaster and kettle.Comfortable lounge to the front of the cottage with a colour TV/DVD,jigsaws,books and games.Bathroom comprises bath, hand held shower,hand basin and toilet.Heating is provided by over night storage heating and oil filled radiators.Electricity is included in the weekly price which is run by a key meter.Hot water is provided by an immersion heater.
Duvets quilts,pillows,blankets plus covers are included in the weekly price,sheets can be supplied at a charge of £5.00 a week.
Change over day Sat--Sat.Please ring if you would like your holiday to begin on a different day,except June,July and August and School Holidays
