Eastbourne offers many attractions including brass band concerts at the Redoubt Fortress war museum held fortnightly in the Summer with firework finale. For those that enjoy a game of bowls, there are 2 lawns within walking distance and in Princes Park you can take a rowing boat out or just feed the birds. The new harbour now has a cinema complex, outlet shops and restaurants and is the second biggest in Europe. If you enjoy shopping you can also visit the Arndale Centre providing indoor shopping with cafes and bakeries to keep you refreshed.
Take a walk along the Eastbourne coast where you'll find shops, arcades, pubs, restaurants and even carpet gardens.

Bella Vista offers the comforts of home with little obstacles other than the front step if you are staying in one of the ground floor rooms. There's a private car park with access to the lounge and dining room.
All the bedrooms have en-suite facilities including shower with 3 ground floor twin rooms and double and twin rooms upstairs. There is now a single room and a family room which can sleep 5 people.
Guests will find tea and coffee making facilities in rooms, comfortable arm chairs so you can relax in front of the television, lots of cupboard and wardrobe space, heating which you can control, towels, hairdryer and you can borrow the iron/ironing board and vacuum if you need them.
Smokers are welcome at the Bella Vista but we do ask that they adhere to the rules that smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The lounge is available for guest use at any time where you can read or get to know the other guests – even play one of the games we have available. Leading through to the dining room you'll find it's spacious and if you have a larger group, tables can easily be pushed together.
Breakfast is served at 8:30am with a variety of food available on the starter table followed by your choice of cooked breakfast and toast. Continental breakfasts are available if requested the day before and we may be able to stretch to porridge or kippers if you ask nicely.
The delicious evening meals are served at 6pm prepared on the Aga with a variety of dishes and drinks to choose from.
