Warm and welcoming, Laurel Wharf has been restored to the highest standard, exposing the beams, wooden flooring and stone walls while still containing everything needed for a comfortable stay.Own entrance.
The upper floor of Laurel Warf is self contained with views out over the canal and unspoilt countryside.
Sleeping up to 4 people, the double bedroom is carpeted, there are two sofas including a sofa bed in the living area with pillows and linen supplied.
The bathroom has a bath and electric shower, wash hand basin and bidet with towels supplied. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: cooking utensils, crockery, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Enjoy meals outdoors on the patio where you'll find a seating area and barbeque. From the living area, there are doors out to the balcony and another looking onto the patio.
The large extra grand bedroom annexe contains an en-suite, double doors overlooking the canal and patio. 70% of the floor is covered by luxury woollen carpet and wooden floors. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided with the kitchenette providing fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and television with Freeview and DVD player to make you feel at home. There is private access to this part of the house or the doors to the down stairs floor can be left open creating a larger space for families.
