Ashtree House is such a lovely place to stay that you could be forgiven for wanting to spend your week just chilling out within the walls and garden of the property. Lord Montague's Palace House is worth a look, as is Exbury Gardens which is a beautiful carpet of azaleas and rhododendrons situated right inside The New Forest. The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu is a good local attraction for the car buffs among us, and you can of course spend a day just mooching around the Forest looking for deer, rabbits, badgers and foxes.
If you're feeling more energetic there are places where you can take horse riding lessons, or hire a bike and go for a long ride through beautiful Hampshire. The nearby New Forest Water Park is the perfect family attraction and is a really fun day out for everyone; you can learn to jetski or waterski or have a go on one of their adrenaline inducing 'aquarides'.

Weekly Price: £583.00 to £940.00
A deposit of £200 is payable when you book to reserve the property. Half of this is taken off the total cost of your holiday, and the other £100 is kept towards any breakages or other mishaps which may happen while you're renting Ashtree House. This will be refunded within one week of the end of your holiday, less any payments deducted for damage.

The village of Brockenhurst is located within a few miles of the M27 motorway and is close to both Bournemouth and Southampton airports, as well as being on a direct train route from Waterloo Station in London. If travelling by car, once you get off the M27 you need to get yourself onto the A336 which is signposted Lyndhurst and continue until you reach Cadnam. Upon arrival at Cadnam you should join the A337 heading towards Lymington and this road will take you all the way to Brockenhurst, where Ashtree House is very easy to find.

If you're looking to take the family on a break and want something a bit more child friendly than your average hotel, look no further than Ashtree House in the beautiful village of Brockenhurst.
Ashtree House is a spacious four bedroom house available for rent on a Friday to Friday basis; the house has sufficient bedroom space to comfortably sleep eight people. There are two double and two twin rooms; one of the doubles has an en-suite shower and toilet, while the twin rooms can be arranged so that a travel cot can be set up next to the beds. The bedrooms share a large modern family bathroom where you have a choice of taking a shower or having a more leisurely soak in the bath.
All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated in pastel and floral tones and all offer lovely views across the greenness of either the gardens or surrounding area.
Downstairs has an open plan living room and dining area which leads through to a well equipped and airy kitchen. The kitchen provides an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and tumble dryer – all in an extremely modern and light workspace with beautiful views through the large window.
Furniture throughout Ashtree House is stylish and modern, the rooms are decorated in neutral tones to appeal to all and comfort is key in the layout of the house. The large conservatory is perfect for entertaining with fully upholstered furniture and easy access to a well maintained garden complete with garden furniture for outdoor eating.
The pretty village of Brockenhurst has a wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and is surrounded by the massive New Forest. The village is a calm place which has retained much of its history – like the ponies which are still allowed to graze on the village green. There are plenty of places to eat in Brockenhurst so if you don't fancy cooking then take your pick from good old pub grub at old coaching inn The Rose & Crown, Italian Food from Il Palio, or a French menu in nearby Le Poussin.
Walk out of Brockenhurst and you'll find yourself in the New Forest where there is a fabulous selection of wildlife, plant life and (of course) trees. The surrounding area really makes this large holiday home ideal for taking part in local nature trails, picnics with the family in the Forest and getting yourself back to nature in the best possible way.
