"This is the continuation of the coastal path commencing at the Mumbles. It starts at the far end of Langland Bay and is slightly shorter than the previous segment. It is about 1.5km, however it feels longer as it is far more rugged and has several lung-challenging climbs! Definitley not suitable for prams or wheelchairs.
Despite this the walk has breathtaking views and stunning flora and fauna. It is also quite possible to spot seals if you can see through the mist of exhaustion at the top of the climbs!
A rest on the beach at Caswell is highly recommended before returning to Langland. There is a bus that runs from Caswell to Langland, so that is always an option. If there are two families it may be a good idea to park one car at either end if you have children."
