"Sundown Adventureland is situated near the a1, close to rampton hospital. It is a small theme park aimed at the under tens. i have been coming here with my children since my eldest was small. its really well laid out as the distance between each area is small so your toddlers can walk around without getting too tired. The place is pushchair friendly, but you have to leave them outside in the main eating/indoor playarea due to fire hazards but they are quite safe outside. There are places to eat and also picnic areas if you would like to bring your own food, but the cafeteria food is nice and its not that expensive. There are a few rides at sundown, you and your children can go on the tractor ride (where your children pretend to drive the tractor around the track), the boozy barrel boat ride (you sit in a little 'barrel' and go around a little water area ) but beware there are characters which squirt water at you as you pass them. The train takes you around a track based in a mine scene and theres a bit of commentary with it as you go around, and theres also a santas sleigh ride, where you get the feel of christmas even in june! the new robin hood ride, i never got around to seeing, as not enough time. My favourite part in Sundown is storybook village. In it there are little houses done out like nursery rhymes and well known characters houses... for example, you can go and sit at the 7 dwarves table, and listen to the story. each little house has its own story related activities. Rather than read bout it, i really recommend this quaint park to anybody who has children under ten years old as they will love it and you adults can relive your own childhood!!!!!"
