"My partner and I have been visiting Wells-next-the-Sea for several years now. We started with a winter weekend, building up to four one week holidays last year and three this year, either on our own or accompanied by various friends and family members. We've now enjoyed Wells and North Norfolk in every season apart from high summer. We return time and time again for a multitude of reasons - including the warm welcome we receive at Wagtails and at The Honey Store. We have recommended Wagtails in particular to friends with pets and/or children - both being well catered for and welcomed. Wells has worked its particular blend of magic on us and on so many others. In fact at spring bank this year three groups of Huddersfield friends will be staying at various properties in Wells - we've even booked a beach hut to share for the week!"

Thanks for your recommendation. Wells is certainly a magical and very relaxing place to be. I visit regulary and it always feels like home to me.
Hi John. We read an article recently about Wells. I believe it was voted one of the best places to visit in the UK. Sounds lovely. I don't suppose you could shed more light on the article. It's just that we are currently debating our Summer holiday and this may help the 'debate' with my husband. I thank you for your help and the youstayuk people for a fantastic site.

Hi Tina. I think the article you mention was in "Which" magazine, with Wells coming a close second to Whitby as the holiday destination with everything. We've already had two holidays in Wells this year (beach hut was fantastic!) with another week booked for October. Can't get enough of the place! Check out the webcam at www.wellsharbour.co.uk
