"Elements is a really class place to eat. It is very similar to another place I reviewed, Chillies. Elements is situated in the theatre district of central Milton Keynes, it is just across the road form the Xscape building.
Elements is predominantly a buffet. There is a huge amount of choice here, all very appetising. Elements is very cheap, and there is so much seating here. The seats are made of pine wood, and it's very professional. Elements serve things like egg fried rice, lemon chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Crispy Shredded Beef, and Chicken Curry. There is a whole counter of starters and another of main courses. These are all kept hot as there is a gas canister below warming them slightly. You can get water here free, where as many other places, such as Chillies, you cannot. I think the most effective feature here is how you can choose exactly what you want from this small cooking station, and the chef will cook it there for you, right in front of you! You can get things like strips of chicken, beef, pork, lettuce, bean spouts, and many other vegetable type things. They also do many vegetarian main dishes, so there are lots for everyone. For pudding, there is a large amount of ice cream to choose from, and there is assorted mixed fresh fruit, including melon, oranges, apples, pineapples etc. And this is a buffet, so you can have as much as you want. As you pay the small free when leaving, you can also help yourself to a free mint!"
