"I am very sure that there are many Chillies establishments aroung the United Kingdom, but i found this one, situated in Milton Keynes, to be particualry superb.
This is a very traditional restraunt. All the waiters, cooks and waitresses and all staff, are from the part of the world where the food is from, creating for a traditional like culture that was pleasantly enjoyable. The waiters were very welcoming, politly showing you to your seats, and immediatly asking for drinks, before allowing for a short period before coming back to ask what you want for lunch/dinner.
The waiters showed a very formal approach, and this showed the discipline of the staff and explains why this restraunt has the great reputaion that it does. This restraunt is primarily a buffet. I love buffets, especially Indian buffets, I love this food. There is such a range of different food to choose from, including kormas, tikka, salad, different rices, naans and everything else you would expect from an Indian Restraunt. All the food is kept warm, and is replaced every known and again, meaning you dont eat any/cold food. There are also a range of amazing sauces and chutneys that can accompany your food, leading to a very spicy pallete. To cool your mouth down, you can have a beer that represents the culture of the food, for example, a cobra.
The food is relativly cheap, only costing you £6.95 for a lunchtime buffet on a Tuesday, and I found this meal thoroughly enjoyable."
