"Quaint historic town. Famous for its Dambuster links (the famous 633 Squadron was based at nearby Connigsby and the superb Petwood Hotel requisitioned as the Officers Mess. The Petwood Hotel has many Dambusters memorabilia esp Bombers Bar. Also in Woodhall is the very small Kinema in the Woods - a step-back-in-time experience complete with cinema organ. Nearby Jubilee Park has a great outdoor swimming pool and lovely woodland walks. Woodhall is also the administrative home of English Golf and has a famous course."
