"Hard Rock was originally known for their glamorous Hollywood style café's, with memorabilia and photographs from wall to wall. Well another job well done from the guys at Hard Rock, the Hard Rock Bar in the city centre of central Bristol. The service runs so smoothly as if its been rehearsed a thousand times, a smile as standard with an award winning service. Large diner style bar, although dark and sultry. Expensive looking although moderate pricing, it's the little touches that really bring this place to life, with the little serviettes under the glass and the menu with their in house cocktail list. The first time I came here was with my boss and a few friends, we managed around 5 of the cocktails on the list each, and had to say that each one was well blended without the overpowering alcohol taste which you get from many bars these days. They have a selection of beers as well as spirits, which are slightly more expensive than elsewhere, but we are going for quality here. Just remember, its Red Rooster – not Red Bull and its Pepsi not Coke ok?"
