"A country styled Pub just on the edge of the pub district of Crawley. This pub greets you with a roaring fire and leather sofas in the non smoking area as you pass through the entrance. Laminate styled flooring, an old oak styled bar, leather sofa booths. Slot machines, televisions which show either music videos or sports channels, a rather peculiar pool table with yellow and blue balls, which has plenty of stools and spaces to place your pint.
The Menu here has to be the most delicious, traditional yet surprisingly low priced I have seen for a very long time. From a traditional steak and ale pie to a Sunday roast to the amazing Lamb Henry. I have to admit it I am a very picky eater when it comes to steak, but the best steak sandwich I have ever tasted has to be that of the Punch Bowl, your choice of thick soft bread, steak cooked to your exact requirements and fried red onions – I recommend the steak and stilton sandwich which is perfectly complimented with the crisp style chips on the side.
Do watch out, this bar is more expensive than most bars in the area, but which is better quantity or quality? I rest my case"
