"I have eaten there several times, and more often than not drink in there. I went there with a friend for a good chat and drink, and looked over the newly updated menu, which has an extensive choice of traditional food (which now also includes low fat dishes for those watching the calories). We choose to have the Tex Mex Combo platter which comprises of Garlic Bread, Chicken Nuggets, Onion Rings, Potato Wedges, Corn on the Cob and salsa and sour cream sauces. For 5.99 this was a bargain and between us struggled to eat it all.
The thing I like the most about this pub is that there are booths at the side which are perfect to get more privacy or tables scattered around elsewhere for the more social night out.
Being a Wetherspoons Pub they do not play any music, however the cheap prices of the drink and food more than make up for the lack of.
