"Now me and my fiancé visited here yesterday as a wedding venue but we also managed to taste some of the food and speak to some of the wedding guests from the previous night so I am writing this review to let you know about the wedding side of this restaurant and about the actual venue itself.
First I better tell you where to find them;

So to get to this place is pretty easy as you literally can go down the M6 motorway and get off and it is two minutes away. Personally we travelled through Lichfield and it is only a few miles away and easy to find as it is signposted which is good. I am not sure how you would get there via public transport though.
In terms of location this restaurant is perfect and it is very pretty. It is in a small village which is very rural and you have to travel down quite a narrow path to get there which I find very adorable. It is by Lichfield which is a fantastic city and well worth a visit and it also has good links to other places such as Birmingham.
The restaurant is massive and looks very impressive to look at. There is a massive marquee attached to it and it is surrounded by countryside which I love. The car park is huge so you will have no problem parking and there was a parking attendant showing you where to park which was quite sweet as I get the impression that this is a popular place fro local people to come to.
The building looks very nice and is a clean cream colour and the name of the restaurant is in big gold letters above the reception area. You walk in here and there are toilets which were very nice indeed as I always have to check out the toilets and then you walk through into the main reception area. There are huge comfortable seats here and lots of staff so you will get seen to quickly.
The restaurant is quite long and there are big windows so you can see into the beautiful countryside. It was raining when we visited but even we could appreciate how nice it was there. There are lots of tables here in this restaurant and everybody looked like they were having a great time.
Now the food here is delicious and priced reasonably. A Sunday lunch is about £10 a head which is not bad considering the food is of such a good standard. It has a cosy feel about the place which is nice and once again I remind you of how lovely and relaxing it is to be sitting in such nice countryside.
Now for weddings there is a beautiful marquee set up which is simply stunning. It has a nice stage for a dance floor with lights on the ceiling to look like stars and it is very cosy in there. Like in the restaurant there are massive windows so you can see outside and it looks stunning. The marquee is massive and can fit over a hundred people in there very comfortably.
The owner who was showing us around was very accommodating and talked us through prices for what it would be to have our wedding there and they were fine considering the service you get and the marquee. I will not specify prices here as they differ for what you want but it should be well within any wedding budget.
We were having a chat to wedding guests who were still there and they had a great time. They said the hotel managed to make their day very special especially as they have rooms set up for civil weddings so you can spend the whole day there which of course is great if you don't want to travel anywhere on the day.
You can hire your own music and basically have the day how you want but you do have to have the restaurant's food which was delicious so not bad at all.
We are still looking around at wedding venues for ours but I have to say I think they can accommodate for a good wedding here and I am going to recommend it to all if we don't do it here. The owner was nice and the place looks great and is a right little find.
Oh I almost forgot to tell you that it has its own helicopter pad if you fancy arriving in style for your wedding which would be an amazing idea!!
All in all a nice place for a wedding and also if you fancy like going to eat there as they cater for every day of the week.
