"This delightful market returns to Leeds for the for the 6th year running between Friday 16th November and Thursday 20th December it is open every day in Millennium Square from 10.30am
This wonderful tradition German markets seems a great way to get you into the Christmas spirt. The wooden stall are beautifully laid out with lovely festive treats for both adults and kids alike. I still have my wooden nutcracker I bought from the market two years ago and I was pleased to see the stall had returned once again, as these are fab.
There are all kinds of goods on offer and it a great place to pick up Christmas presents as the big day gets nearer and nearer. There are tonnes of food stalls too you can relax with a warming mug of Glühwein or a traditional German Bratwurst as will as lots and lots of yummy sweets.
There is also plently to amuse the kids with dodgeum cars, bouncey slides and rides. My son adored going on the rides his little face lit up while he was on it.
I would recommend if you are in Leeds popping down and have a noisey round.
It is roughly a 5 min walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from the bus station. It is possible to park on the Streets near by but I expect I will be difficult to find a space and its 80p for 20mins. There are also a few ncp carparks near by.
