"I used this train station for almost two years before I moved into my house. It is a brilliant little station which has everything you need there and is very safe. For me, the choice in train station is what can keep me safe, give me parking and also somewhere that I don't mind going. My Mom found this station and I would recommend everybody in the Walsall area to use it as it is lovely and here I will tell you why.

Now the actual station is in a good location if you are driving because it is just off quite a main road. If you are not driving then there is a walk way leading to it and buses also go past at quite a regular rate which is good. It is right by Walsall and also within easy reach are places such as Sutton Coldfield. My interest lies with Ikea though which is ten minutes away in the car.
Ok so parking, there is a lot of it which is brilliant. There is the main car park which is huge and then a slightly smaller one just at the bottom. Unlike many train stations, tame bridge does not charge people to park there so park there all day absolutely free which when I used it was fantastic as I was there every day.
The car park has lots of light and security cameras around so you do feel safe leaving your car there. Plus the spaces are quite big which is good for me as I hate parking. So plenty of them and a very safe car park.
The actual station bit is very sweet and always looks in perfect condition. It is a small building with huge glass windows and one person is always manning the station. This means that there is always somebody there to help which is brilliant, from the first train leaving the station to the last. Once again this makes you feel very safe to travel from there knowing you will never be on your own once you reach the station. This was great for me as I sometimes used to catch trains gone past 11.
The members of staff have always been pleasant and they have actually won awards for how helpful they are at this station. It is always very clean and tidy and there is a stack of Metro papers for whoever wants some. Now this train goes to Birmingham New street and International in about ten to fifteen minutes which is great. On the other side the train goes as far as Stafford.
This station is in the west midlands zones so you can get season tickets that cover it and they are not too bad in price at about £55.
Just outside the building there are places to secure your bikes and it is good that the staff on duty can see them so you do feel safe enough to leave them here which is very useful indeed.
There are two platforms here which are clearly sign posted where the trains do travel. There are plenty of screens also dotted around so you can see exactly when trains are due to depart and arrive which is good. Any problems with trains and announcements are made so you know at all times what is going on.
Once again I am going to stress how friendly the staff are here. In winter months they would even let everybody wait in the waiting room and then tell people just as the train was arriving so we didn't all have to stand out in the cold. I like this station and I think they offer quite a bit considering tickets are cheap and parking is free. I think the staff are great and at all times I have always felt safe being here.
I would recommend to everybody in this are to go to this station as it is great and perhaps my favourite out of all that I have been to.
