"We have had quite a hard time in our house at the moment with feral cats in our back garden. When we found three kittens we knew we had to do something to save them so we made sure that we found somebody who could look after them. We stumbled across Sadpals and got in touch with them and they kindly decided to take the kittens in which we were so glad about.
First Sadpals address is as follows:
Sadpals
Billington Lane
Derrington
ST18 9LR
Ok so we found their number via the internet and called the lady and she said we were welcome to bring the kittens straight away which of course was great for us. We managed to trap them and took them down. They are based just outside of Stafford town centre and are quite easy to find. When I say just outside I do mean a ten minute drive away so not far at all.
The cottage is very sweet and there is a nice Sadpals sign just outside so you can see where it is when you arrive. As we stepped out of the car a very nice cat came up to us for a fuss and then when we walked into the house there were some lovely animals.
Now the lady who runs Sadpals has dogs and cats and she knows the story of all of them because she takes such an interest in their lives. There really are some lovely animals there and you listen to her and understand exactly why she rescues animals and she is doing a great job.
She looks after and homes so many that she has volunteers throughout the week who help her out so there are always a couple of people around.
So we gave her these little kittens and she immediately had a massive cage ready for them which was full with beds, scratching posts, a litter tray and bowls with food and water. They walked straight in there , had some food and went to sleep. It was almost as if they felt completely content already which was lovely for us to see as I really want the best for those kittens.
She ensured me that they would get constant attention and they would be fine and looking at how all of the other animals loved her I can see them having a very happy life indeed which is more than what I could have wanted.
I think Sadpals are doing a fantastic thing with taking in all of these helpless animals and raising them into beautiful pets for other people. There were the most adorable kittens there who were so friendly and she explained that they already had homes and they had only been there a week.
Sadpals also rehome cats and kittens so if you want one then get in touch with them as I think she mentioned that they had about 29 of them there all needing a home. We already have a beautiful kitten but if I didn't I would have no hesitation getting one from here.
She mentioned that when she gives cats away she gives them home kits and food and toys and vouchers for food. She does things very professionally and I think the place is great and I would recommend to anybody who wanted a cat or had a cat that they wanted to help.
I am very grateful for what Sadpals have done to help us with these kittens as they really did need some help and I don't even want to think about what would have happened to them if we hadn't have got them saved.
Thank you Sadpals and I hope they do well for years to come.
