A great budget hotel in a good location!

"This is a great hotel if you are staying for one or two nights as it holds the basics and is clean. If like me you just want a place to rest your head after a busy day sightseeing then it is perfect. It has 50 rooms in total with a choice of Single, Double, Twin and Family Rooms, most with ensuite facilities. All rooms have TV, Tea/Coffee facilities, telephones, central heating. There is also a lift. It does not have a bar or restaurant which means they offer low prices (£60 per room - not per person - for one night)however they do provide a breakfast which is simple... cereals, toast, bacon etc. which is included in the price. The location is fantasic as it it close to all the major acctractions and its a 10 -1 5 minute walk to Edinburgh castle and the St James Shopping Centre is virtually on the doorstep! I wouldnt recommend it if your looking for a luxury stay but for the basic needs it is perfect!"
