"Whenever we visit London we make a point of going to covent garden. Here you will find many open air bars and cafes.
There are often street performers, juggling or performing stunts. There are stylish shops, mostly quite expensive but great for a treat.
One big draw in Covent Garden is the market. There are over 30 stalls selling lovely items from Fruit to Jewellery. Much unique and not to be found anywhere else.
This is the place for unusual gift ideas. You will find hanmade clothes, pictures and antiques. You will also find the Pucnch and Judy pub. This has a balcony with fantastic views over a square where you can enjoy a glass of wine.
There are lovely icecream stores for the adults and young ones alike.
You will also find a mechanical museum in the area. Covent Garden is located in a lovely part of london. Venture outside the main squares and you will still be somewhere wonderful. I recommend Belgos restaurant for a bucket of musells. You also have China Town just around the corner.
For somewhere to chill out and spend a few hours, especially if it's a nice day, I can think of nowhere better than this place. You will find people from all over the world."
