"If you travel along the A149 on the North Nofolk coast between Hunstanton and Wells Next The Sea, you'll be missing a treat if you miss this lovely village!
Whether it's early morning or late evening, from the Early Spring to the Late Autumn you will find boating enthusiasts potting about in this ever-changing environment, dictated by the tide. It is one of my little pleasures in life to sit down at the harbor, with a mug of hot coffee or pot of prawns from the little stall at the entrance of the harbor. I find it fascinating seeing people young and old, bringing in their boats and carefully lowering them into the water.
Also in Brancaster Staith, you will find the lovely White Horse hotel restaurant and pub. With views down to the coast this is a really chilled out place to sit and relax. Recommended.
A highlight of any visit is the coastal footpath. You can wonder up and down, or if you're feeling really fit, take a walk up the coast to wells-next-the-sea, another wonderful little town. (I will review shortly too).
There are boat trips available in the area too. If I take one of these I will be sure to let you know how it went.
If you've got any interest in boating, then I suggest you pop down to the Brancaster Harbor and spend a relaxing hour or two."
