"This fabulous hotel is part of the Best Western Group, which is one of the largest hotel groups that owns and manages individual hotels around the country.
The hotel is set in its own large grounds and is perfect for both buisness and pleasure events. It has 32 lovely bedrooms, bar and restaurant facilities, and is very easy accessible from A1, M1 and M18. and is anideal base for discovering Robin Hood Country, Clumber Park and Meadow Hall Shopping Centre
There are well designed meeting rooms to cater for 2 to over 100 delegates, and most of the conference rooms are air-conditioned.
The hotel is the perfct venue for a Wedding Recepetion, indeed this is why we were at the Charnwood, to celebrate my best friend's Wedding, we couldn't parise the hotel enough for making this such a special day. The setting was just amazing and the staff very helpful and professional in every aspect. They is even a special Wedding C-ordinator who guarantees that nothing will go wrong on your special day.
Since being so impressed with the Wedding we often pop in for Sunday Lunch, which is just £15.95 per person and served in 2 sittings 12 and 2pm. it is recommedned you book for this as it is very popular ! Sometimes we just have a quick bite in the Lounge Bar.
All in all this is one of my most favourite hotels and restaurants. I cannot fault in, even after having worked in the hotel and catering trade for over 20 years"
