"We stayed for just one night in the Caley Hall Hotel so all I can comment on is what we experienced. We booked at the very last minute seeking a short break in the Hunstanton area. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this establishment. The rating of the hotel is a very modest 2 crown RAC but this doesn't do the place justice.
The original Manor House dates back to 1648, and more recently the outbuildings have been converted to provide most of the accommodation. There are 30 bedrooms, including large family units, all with en-suite bathrooms, fridge and satellite TV.
Upon checking in, we were shown to our room. A nice size with a proper fridge, and nice shower bathroom. There are plenty of satellite channels on TV if you have time to watch it.
A 5 minute walk to the beach, and next to Hunstanton Golf Club, the romantic setting of Caley Hall Hotel is ideal for exploring Hunstanton and the north Norfolk coast.
We never had dinner, but the restaurant looked lovely with a really chilled out atmosphere.
What strikes you most about the hotel is the unusual layout with many outbuildings giving you a chalet feel to your room. Outside many of the rooms there are patio sets so if you get a nice evening you could even take your own bottle of wine and save a few pound.
Breakfast was included in the price (just under £100) and it was fantastic! There's nothing like a full English breakfast with muffins and sausages, you can set yourself up really well for the day. What's more you can eat as much as you like!
If you're looking for a different type of hotel, you'll not go far wrong with Caley Hall. If anybody want's any further information, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for reading.
: )"
